Change the current synoptic designer #13

The feature request

What i would like to see if possible is that you can change your "lay out" in Synoptic designer. So that you dont have to create al the areas again but just change te one that already exist.

It would be also nice that you can load warehouse lay-outs from excel. That you dont have to assign al area names.

Proposed solution

You no longer spend unnecessary time adding areas to the Synoptic designer.

Additional context

Working on a project for school about a warehouse. In my eyes this is a bottleneck. Looking forward to a response.

Hi, keep in mind that synoptic designer is only a proof-of-concept: you can use any graphics editor to create your SVG maps. With that in mind, I'm afraid we have no plans to support the required feature.
