“Filter on map change” feature is missing #8

Current Behavior

Im trying to find the “Filter on map change” feature but I couldn’t find it.

This screenshot below is what I read. (see attached)

Attached is my powerbi screenshot. But I can’t find the “filter on map change” function. what i read my power bi screen

That settings is visible and works only if you bind a column with map URLs as values to the "Maps" data role (in the fields panel).
