Support inheritance in elements in embedded Collections #285

Need to add a discriminator property for each embedded Collection element, and 
then instantiate as the correct type.

SVN trunk now provides this, requiring the latest jdo-api SNAPSHOT jar if you 
want to specify the discriminator name
