feat(iOS): new arch #64

This PR implements new architecture for iOS.

I am able to build the app on new arch but some issues are still pending. So How should we proceed on this.

@sarthak-d11 Thanks for working on this! We can split the work into two PRs. I'm going to review yours one its ready 👍🏻 And work on this in parallel

That's my main focus at the moment, should be out next week!
