Server does not support method rpc_modules, using default API list #3185

Why can't I use the rpc function after I start exchaind?

i used v1.7.0 git clone -b v1.7.0 https://github.com/okx/exchain.git

start command exchaind start --home ${EXCHAIND_PATH}
