Possible manufacturer/product/serial descriptor fix? #4

It looks like the manufacturer, product and serial that is sent when initializing USB Serial can be set at compile time according to this

I don't have an Ansible/Teletype/etc., and I'm not sure if there is more to the problem than this or not, but this seems like it might be worth investigating. I've not put together my DIY grid yet, but I hope to do that in the next few weeks.

Would this also solve the issue with needing to update the norns code base as well? I won't have an ansible, but I will have a norns shield to test this with, and I'd be happy to submit a PR if it works, unless you get to trying it out before me!
