UI? UI. #1

after suffering through NiGui and its ok extensibility at the cost of lack of features or styleability, i have chosen to give up on nigui for the time being.

currently developing a Koi-based fork, but its already showing to have some issues (spacing, overlapping and layout designs) but i will have to see.

ps: update this issue when i find better ui librarys that support windows and linux easily

gonna try libui now that i finally managed to get a functional .dll file from compilation (meson is annoying, so is my pc)
