Clarify permissions for events pulled from discourse site. #17

It is possible to set permissions in discourse to only allow certain people with certain trust levels to post in certain categories.

In our move to push as much as possible onto the back of the forum -- making the website forum-centric and the olab.io site a sort of "smart filter" for our ongoing conversation, I'd like to make it very easy for super involved people to post to the "official" event stream. Anyway, we need to clarify how all of that works.
