Remove MYSQL_USER and MYSQL_PASSWORD #40

The root user is created by default and the password of the root user is specified by MYSQL_ROOT_PASSWORD.

Jackhammer is now Version 2 which is a complete rewrite, hence closing this merge since this is applicable only to V1 of jackhammer
