adds username fallback to readme example of userlist #7

Hey @olach ,

Following the example of a userlist controller in your README leads to some "empty" options, if there's no firstname nor lastname set in the users' profile. So I added username as a fallback to the README.

This is an awesome field! Keep up the great work!

Oh. I accidentally deleted the foreach loop. 🙈 Will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry.
