Grammatical fixes and help message clarification for tell.py #15

Fixed the grammatical error of the word 'receiver' being spelt as 'reciever' and clarified the help message a little. Tested and fully working on my end.

Sorry about the mess with the commits here, I pushed to the wrong branch and ended up reverting the wrong things :cry:

I could do a new, clean PR if needed.

Edit: nevermind, looks like I could remove commits from the history of the branch. All should be good to go now!

Those changes will affect users that use the previous version. The module will crash for those users since the row 'receiver' won't be there.
