New Feature for Index Maintenance #772

Hello, It would be great to add a feature to filter which partitions we want to operate on. I have databases that have decades of history partitioned by month. I only want to defrag the current data.

Do you agree that you would define the partitions to defrag with its number ?

OPS, I opened a similar request today, I didn't read inside this one because request title was not self-explaining.

I am glad to see that I am not the only one asking for this feature
