@olange @jdhr Please review and test this version, and consider for merging into the master.

Changes:

remove Book.rating from the schema, add Book.likes
add a Mutation resolver to update Book.likes
display .likes in ArcadeBook and add a button to increment .likes
move class ArcadeBook into a new file, arcade-book.js
