Saving of last content copy of a news #475

There should be a way for editors, if they, by mistake, remove any content they will have a stored copy of the last version of the content.

1) First revision will be saved as (Created By) without any content. 2) The Latest content will always be visible by text editor. 3) The last revision can be seen from the revision sections. 4) Column widths will be fixed. 5) Empty content will not have a link of View Details Button 6) View Details title will be replaced by "Revised From"

7) Reverse the order to Desc 8) Keep all traits for revision users but only keep 5 for content

9) "Revert To" button parallel with View Details, this button will copy the selected details to text area and title box.
