Issues-- Order placement Email to administrator of Route2Health #225

in order placement email, many issues are there review them:

Issues:

  1. First letter of user name should be capital
  2. taxes would be add in order
  3. contact detail of user, name letter would be captal
  4. ph# no special character use
  5. country name is duplicating remove it
  6. remove postal code
  7. order number icon (#) is missing in the line.
