Mobile UI-- reset password page #294

the old password is displaying by default in FIREFOX browser, the old password would not be displaying by default there.

secondly, the size of the menu green background would be increase as per as the menu black strip size

user name & password is displaying auto field, in login and create new page...

reset password through forgot password link:

when receive email to reset password through forgot password link, the link is not displaying the reset password field page there.
