build functionality to add Store OPEN n CLOSE time in theme settings panel. If Current time is not in the OPEN/CLOSE time bracket then Place Order Button should be hide.

Store Opening/Close Timings is functional at http://dominos.atequator.com. Store opening/close timings can be edited at http://dominos.atequator.com/admin/themes.

• Add a checkbox to disable this feature, if its disabled nothing will be reflected on front end.
• Change title to "Store Timings"
• Instead of Text field use drop down, by default it should be 'Select'.
• Implement validation that if a user has enabled this feature, he/she must add valid store timings.
• on the bottom write in small grey font "Please use 24 hour time format."
