fix builds for darwin
update libfido2 dependency to fix issue with mac os (https://github.com/keys-pub/go-libfido2/issues/38)
build each binary on its OS
explicitly set CGO_ENABLED=1 when building
remove windows builds for now
update actions versions
improve install instructions
