Fix the issue "index out of range" related to the bandwidth selection
Fix the functions urlparse and urljoin from python 2
Prevent the error from system when the stream is not available (like premiere before the match), show a custom message instead

Also, i found the 5 minutes error, and it is a bug from Kodi 17, selecting bandwidth Adaptive/Downloader fix the issue
