Knobs are not visible (standalone/vst3 - win 10) #4

Hi,

The knobs are not visible on the GUI neither on the standalone or the VST3, regardless of the VST host used.

I get a black banner where the knobs should be.

My guess it that is has something to do with the antiquated GPU I have (Intel HD 2000).

Any idea on what I could try on my end?

I can see if i find anything in the community for Iplug2 about your graphics card, you can also look there. I guess you probably have the latest drivers for your graphics card, or else try to update and let me know if that works.

I hope we can find a solution for you.

I do indeed have the latest drivers for this graphics card.

I'll try to look the issue up on the Iplug2 community on my end too and will let you know if I find anything.

Hi Ola,

I don't know if it can help you pinpoint the issue but, looking up the Iplug2 forums, I came upon https://iplug2.discourse.group/t/bassmatrix-1-10/916 where you reported an issue that's occurring on Android which is exactly similar to what I'm experiencing with the webaudio version, the standalone version or the plugin.

Hi Jules!

Thank's for you effort. The solution then was to change to canvas, which i think is a html-5 thing. I'm not sure if there is any corresponding solution for Windows. But I can ask in the forum.
