Changed EESI to EESSI (typo) #4

There's a typo in the program: the project I work in is called EESSI, not EESI

I also made the EESSI text into a link to our docs. It's probably not as well known as e.g. the HPC sites that are listed for other speakers, so it might be nice to reference our docs in case attendees want to find out more. Is that ok with you? (otherwise, feel free to remove the link again)
