Replaces the InfluxDefaults section with SiteCustom, which is much more flexible and more understandable. Also changed the example files to reflect this. Specifically, I also moved parameters like batch_queue to testshot defaults, since that's not really a machine configuration option, but more a testshot config option. Just trying to standardize things.
