Properly spec the SupplyChain interface - roughly as follows:

functions

supplychain - function(req, res)
supplychain.radio.listen - function(channel, fn)
supplychain.radio.broadcast - function(channel, packet)

events

'ready' - when the supplychain is ready for requests - triggered only once
'connected' - when the supplychain connects
'disconnected' - when the supplychain disconnects
