修改host映射域名，不能立即生效

How to reproduce / 重现步骤

127.0.0.1 baidu.com

百度依然可以访问

image image 这两个点击没有用 mac chrome最新版本 84.0.4147.105（正式版本） Mac catalina系统版本10.15.3

我也遇到了同样的问题，切换hosts后不会立刻生效，要等一分钟左右
