windows 7 兼容性问题 #16

windows 7 上无法正常获取字体列表，windows 10 上正常

It's due to the version of powershell installed. If not updated manually, in windows 7 SP1 the powershell version is 2.0 and font-list doesn't work. I have upgraded it to version 5.1 and now it works fine.
