• Processing is a programming environment and a graphics library that makes it easy to visualize your code.
• You can think of processing as a sketchbook for you programming ideas.
• There is a programming environment where you enter code and a separate display window that shows the visualization of the code.
• Every one of the processing sketches we'll create will contain two of processing's built-in functions: setup() and draw().
• The code we put in the setup() function will be run once, when you click the play button, the arrow at the top left of the interface.
• Whatever we put in draw() will be repeated as an infinite loop until you click the stop button next to the play button.
