Currently, the corp BG requires you to sink an Arcane, spectral AND Elysian sigil as a repeatable cost, if you were to switch backgrounds. The 2 cheaper sigils alone make up a more than reasonable price, but the elysian is one that is often the players last item - and one they'd rather keep. Not to mention, it is worth over 1b gp making the cost for this bg MUCH higher than other backgrounds. Simply put, Elysian cost is a bit too much.
