this is fixed with https://github.com/oldschoolgg/oldschoolbot/pull/5684

Edit: to clarify this doesn't have anything to do with if minion has used the tab or not. there are just certain items that tame can't collect because of the unique nature of the code. The PR i linked just expands on what tames can collect.
