Description:

Add Deathly collector (i)

Changes:

Add Deathly collector (i) custom item, simItems, creatable
- Removed from creatables cl since its considered "dc"
The Icon is just a darker version of Deathly collector, could always be changed in the future if need be.

Other checks:

[X] I have tested all my changes thoroughly.
First time doing the spritesheet script, it seems to have changed alot of positions. not sure if thats normal or not.
