Adds zombie pirate & zombie pirate locker to OSJS for use in OSB/BSO. These mobs drop a cl item that when used prevents the teleporting spell from elder chaos druids, which I intend to code/make a bitfield boost in the future.

running yarn prepare:monsters also updated some other monsters attributes
