Add Kill Options to monsters. Examples:

Ring of wealth maybe not as it would probably be a big pain.

Legends Quest completion state changes rates for rare drop table items, however I think it's best to just ignore that and leave it as is for now.
flag for if the player is skulled (rev caves)
whole bunch of diary checks, however it sounds like we're ignoring those for now.
