Test VCF on known data #23

Find a tool that converts .tped to VCF and use that generated file to see if we can go back.

Tested and works r179:

make bammds_vcf

testinputfiles/Wollstein.hg19.chr21.chr22.genotypes.vcf is generated from testinputfiles/Wollstein.hg19.chr21.chr22.genotypes.tped
