On watt, there is no /usr/local/bin/bammds. Nevertheless I am able to run with my personal installation that lives in /home/jmoreno/bin/bammds

seqsysadm asked to make a symlink.

Symlink links to: /home/tange/install/bin/bammds

Test and close.
