Channels higher 7 causing all shutters to close #5

My previous impression was that channel 15 is supposed to be the broadcast channel cause all shutters to close.

Unfortunatelly this is not correct since the channel higher than 7 (E.g. 8 or 9) causes all shutters to trigger on the command.

This needs to be fixed by using a different "code_device" (which previously picked from CentralControl)
