Add details for 4070 Ti. #2

I get a temp reading although can't be sure it's actually the memory reading, I looked around in other addresses close by and didn't find other temp readings. Regarding AD104 arch, I just looked around the internet and found that should be the correct one.

Thank you! It's most likely the same offset as the NVIDIA RTX 4090 GPU, so assuming it's correct. Memory temperature increase / decrease can be tested with running mining software, or e.g ML inference / learning.
