What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Application oSpy 1.9.0
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000135)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP

You do not have Microsoft .NET framework installed. You can find it at
