Verbose error message when cpl_dfs_update_product_header() fails #20

This should fix #19 or at least improve the error message a bit. @saimn could try this out? I don't had the experience of a failing dfs_update_header() so far.

Coverage remained the same at 77.755% when pulling 99f2d8a4966c2f8894a25df8134c8710d9ee4758 on dfs_error_message into 839d2caa727c101cf87b3242cc2555bf25dd6798 on master.

Thanks, it works! I get this:

[  ERROR][CplThread] cpl.muse_bias.CPL_recipe_exec: could not update the product header. Bad file format (cpl_dfs_update_product_header:cpl_dfs.c:1276)
