Clearly block links don't work as intended: locally, when I hit a block link, it scrolls to the linked block and highlights it. Hovering over the block link displays the block.
On the website, however, hovering brings up stuff below the block. And clicking on the link scrolls up in such a way that the block is above (i.e. it seems to scroll exactly to the location of the hashtag, which is directly below the block.
