Bookmarks cleaning problem #18

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open document with CodeMap bookmarks
  2. Right click on node WITHOUT bookmak and select "Clean (all)" from context menu
  3. Swith to other document
  4. Swith back to document with cleaned bookmarks. Bookmarks not cleaned.
