Icons from "Google Material Design Icons" #105

Hi,

Could it be possible to specify the path to the icon from website: https://github.com/google/material-design-icons/tree/master/png

For example "icon": "path:https://github.com/google/material-design-icons/tree/master/png/device/aod/materialicons/24dp/1x/baseline_aod_black_24dp.png"

It's impossible. VSCode does not allow resources from untrusted domains: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/69477236/vscode-treeitem-icon-with-http-uri
