Promote dotnet tool more prominently #358

I was looking for the dotnet tool installation option specifically, that's how I ended up at https://github.com/oleg-shilo/cs-script/issues/317.

Please promote it in README.md more prominently (because the only nuget link is to the library).

Edit: yes, I wasn't looking at the Releases/Installation instructions.

When you referred to README.md do you think it is the best place for this? I am just trying to find the most appropriate way for users to find this info.

Currently every release has a dedicated Deployment section with the specific instructions for the all supported environments: image

What, in your opinion, would be the best way for the user to be navigated there after just arriving to this repository?
