Status of WixSharp.Core #1657

I would like to ask about the current status of WixSharp.Core, since there seems to be a few features missing. For example I just read trough this discussion to look for a way to automatically install .Net core as prerequisite. During that discussion DotNetCompatibilityCheck is mentioned, which has been added last week to WixSharp but not to WixSharp.Core.

So now I would like to know if there is a feature comparison guide available somewhere, or if its even worth it yet to look at WixSharp.Core.

I am sorry if this question is inappropriate but I would really like to avoid depending on .Net Framework
