Need to add samples to the Visual Studio solution. #163

A number of our users need a primer on how to create tests with Google Test
for Visual Studio. We should add gtest samples to the VS gtest solution to
give them an obvious example.

If we add a sample .vcproj, we are obliged to test it again and again for each
release.  I'd rather not to that.  We already spend too much time on 
housekeeping.

A better solution is to provide good documentation on how to do that and point 
a user
to the documentation.
