Enhancement request: log collection tool #338

I'm getting tired of endlessly repeating "please send us your log files".

It would be good if we had a tool that could automatically collect:
  - time of incident
  - debug log containing that time
  - guide log containing that time
  - description of problem

Perhaps the tool could email or upload the package to openphdguiding.org or the 
issue tracker.
