Attempt to un-jam SX-AO if step error is reported #362

A user reports an SX-AO unit that will jam on occasion, but which resumes 
normal operation after the un-jam command is issued.

PHD2 should attempt to un-jam the unit automatically.

proposed behavior:
   - after receiving an error response to a Step command, attempt to center the unit; if centering fails, attempt the un-jam command
   - only do this once per ao connection. we do not want to get into a cycle of repeatedly trying to un-jam.
   - if a subsequent error is returned, display an alert and disconnect the ao (revert to mount-only guiding)

further clarification from the user: apparently the unit has only been seen to 
jam during calibration. waiting for confirmation.
