WLAN AHB ISR draining battery fast #2

I'm using cm-14.1-20161211-UNOFFICIAL-meilan2. By using Betterbatterystats, I can find under “kernel wakelock” tab that “WLAN AHB ISR” is responsible for high battery consumption. it seems related to the wifi chip not being put properly into sleep mode Screen Off, When wlan is on, phone awake 70%, WLAN AHB ISR is on the top of the kernel wakelock list. Turn off wlan, phone awake less than 1%, kernel wakelock WLAN AHB ISR disappear.

And also, Engineer Mode keep crash all the time.

@ninggu2008 , delete app/EngineerMode for fix crash.

I'll see what can be done with WLAN AHB ISR , thx
