Set command timeout to disabled by default #269

Because of Seagate drives, it makes more sense to disable this monitoring by default, like Unraid does.

How do I reset the command timeout values on the seagate drives that have huge command timeout failures? I upgraded to the latest disk location plugin and they are still flashing with warnings on all my seagate drives

Don't think you can reset them, just type "0" in the Command Timeout value under Configuration. It's the new default, the same as Unraid does really. It will disable it.
