Renamed "Force Scan All" to "Force Update All", added "Update Active" button. Moved plugins to "Tools" !! #285

Renamed the "Force Scan All" button to "Force Update All" as it's more correct. Also added additional button to manually update only active devices (spinning).

Also moved the plugins to the "Tools" tab as it seem to be a better fit.
