I can't reproduce that here. Did you maybe switch from graphical to non-graphical countdown after starting the countdown?
Ops, yes, I did that.
First gnome-tweak-tool
crashed and then this strange refresh rate came up.
I'm a bit busy at the moment with the phd, but maybe I find some time to a) allow the countdown to be aborted and b) change the refresh rate, if the countdown type is changed.
Countdown can now be aborted via #45.
If you use the non-graphical countdown and set the counter to
20:00
, the timer refreshes only every13
seconds.
