Detached plots persist after results viewer closed and can't be closed themselves. #163

If a plot is detached and then the results viewer is closed, the detached plot 
persists.  If the user then clicks 'X' to close the plot, an 
ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException is generated and the plot won't close.  This 
behaviour has been observed with Reproducibility and Regression Plots.  The 
Regression Plot, however, has a 'Close Plot' button option that, if selected, 
closes the persistent detached plot without generating any exceptions.
